Company primarily engaged in the beverages industry. Its business activities include the production of grapes and peaches, the production and distribution of wine and grape brandies, fish growing, catering and retail trade. Grape and wine production is the main segment of the Company’s activities. It owns vineyard, covering an area of approximately 2,200 hectares (ha), and produces 20 M kg of grapes per year. The Company produces variety of red and white wines, including Montenegrin brands Krstach, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Val, Vranac, Cabernet, Merlot, Podgoricko Bjelo, Sasso Negro and Perla Nera, as well as grape brandy brands Crnogorska lozova rakija, Crnogorski prvijenac and Kruna. Its annual production exceeds 13 M bottles per year. The Company exports its products to over 25 countries in Europe, Asia, Australia and North America.
