The Rural Finance Learning Centre (RFLC) is an internet portal providing practitioners access to information and materials which will support capacity building in organisations seeking to enhance the effective provision of financial services in rural areas.

The centre aims to improve the access of rural communities to efficient, sustainable financial services, particularly in developing countries, by providing resources and training materials for practitioners, policy-makers, advisers and donors to use for capacity building in its widest sense. Resources, examples and experiences are being gathered here from around the world and can be used for individual study and to improve workshops or training courses in rural finance.

RFLC offers also a Russian version of all the manuals and tools which would allow IFI’s operating in this part of the world, to promote development of rural areas through more practical and concrete tools as well as improve interaction among practitioners.
